PulsaPro Series Metering Pump Working Mechanism
- Drive End: Speed reduced by worm and shaft , shaft driven by motor;
- Motion Converting: Rotation motion converted to reciprocating motion by eccentric assembly;
- Hydraulic system: reciprocating plunger transfer pressure to the hydraulic oil in chamber;
- Pump head: hydraulic oil pass the pressure to diaphragm, transferring fluid by reciprocating motion of diaphragm;
- Flow control: Adjust the eccentricity of cross head to change the stroke length of piston and control the flow;
