PulsaPro Series Metering Pump Working Mechanism

• Drive End: Speed reduced by worm and shaft , shaft driven by motor;
• Motion Converting: Rotation motion converted to reciprocating motion by eccentric assembly;
• Hydraulic system: reciprocating plunger transfer pressure to the hydraulic oil in chamber;
• Pump head: hydraulic oil pass the pressure to diaphragm, transferring fluid by reciprocating motion of diaphragm;
• Flow control: Adjust the eccentricity of cross head to change the stroke length of piston and control the flow;
